Securing Sven workers for your shift

As soon as a Sven worker accepts your shift invitation, you'll receive an email notification to confirm their availability. In most cases, workers respond promptly to shift invitations, allowing you to secure staff efficiently and with minimal delay.

Accessing worker details

After a worker has accepted your shift, their details will be visible on the corresponding job card within your Job Board. This information includes the worker's name, profile picture, and any relevant certifications or skills they possess. 

Shift commencement and Sven Worker App

Upon arriving at your location, the Sven worker will report to you or the designated supervisor. They will then use the Sven Worker App to begin their shift, allowing for accurate time tracking and streamlined communication between you and the worker. This app ensures both parties are on the same page regarding shift expectations and requirements.
