Business Support - How to set up a Sven Jobs business account?

Hey there! Ready to get your business popping with Sven? Don't worry, it's easy!

Step 1: Create your account

  1. Head over to Sven Jobs and select ‘sign up’ to begin creating your Sven Jobs business account.
  2. Go ahead and fill in the required details, such as your name and contact information.

Step 2: Verify your email

  1. Once you have successfully created your account, we will send you an email verification. Check your inbox and click on the link to verify your email.

Step 3: Creating the business

  1. We now need to capture some of your business details! Fill in the required details, such as your business name, business description, social media links and website URL. Don’t forget to upload your company logo to stand out!

Step 4: Add the legal details

  1. It is time to add your ABN or ACN, if you have it on hand, add it now! If you are not sure of your ABN or ACN, click the quick lookup tool to find yours. Still stuck? To quickly find your ABN or ACN, visit the Australian Business Register (ABR).
  2. Add your industry so we can match you with the right candidates.

Step 5: Add your first location

  1. This is where your workers will work their shifts. If you have multiple locations, you will be able to add more from your account settings later on. To learn more about adding multiple locations at ‘Business Support - How to add multiple locations to your account’.
  2. We also recommend you add photos of your business location, which will be displayed to your Sven worker matches. This is another fantastic way for your business location and job to stand out!
  3. You also have the option to add your business licence and workplace safety documents here. This can be done by selecting ‘choose file’ next to the item you are wishing to upload. 

Step 6: Payment details for your first location

  1. It is time to add your payment details for your first location added. Direct debit details are required to create your Sven account but you can choose to pay by direct debit or credit card whatever you prefer.
  2. Agree to the terms and conditions.
  3. If you have alternate methods of payment for different business locations, this can be adjusted when you add the different business locations later on in your account settings.

That's it! Simple! Once your business profile is online, you can post jobs and find your perfect employee in no time.
