Business Support - How does the feedback/rating system work?

Ratings are an important part of the system and ensure we are providing you with the highest quality workers. We encourage you to rate your Sven workers fairly and honestly.   

Rating Sven Workers

Job providers are required to provide a star rating out of 5 for the worker after a shift and have the option to add feedback. The rating and feedback will not be shared directly with the worker but will contribute to their overall Sven star rating.

Any ratings below 4 stars out of 5, are immediately investigated by the Sven Customer Service Team. Any such ratings will be reviewed and acted upon accordingly and if any breach to our code of conduct is found, the Sven worker will be removed from the platform.

Rating Job Providers

When a Sven worker submits their timesheet, they are prompted to rate the business. Similarly to worker ratings, you as the business will not know which worker gave you this rating however this two-way system ensures both parties are held accountable, creating a safe and productive environment for the entire Sven eco-system.
