Worker Support - What are the Sven Jobs Worker Responsibilities?

Being part of Sven means that you are held to high standards of service and have certain responsibilities and guidelines to adhere to.

Any breach of our policies could result in a Sven worker losing access to our platform permanently.

You have flexibility around choosing which shifts you apply for, we expect you to be available to work those shifts once you are selected. 

We understand circumstances can change which may fall outside of your control, but cancelling a shift can create a negative experience for the businesses who select you and any Sven worker who misses out on the opportunity to work.

Expectations on shifts:

• When you agree to work a shift, please ensure that you arrive at least 10 minutes early
• Wear the correct uniform and meet our presentation standards. Be willing and prepared to carry out all tasks required of the job
• Be polite, respectful and professional at all times
