Worker Support - How does the feedback/rating system work?

The Sven rating system makes sure workers and businesses are held accountable, creating a safe and productive environment for the entire Sven eco-system.  

Job providers and workers are required to provide a star rating out of 5 after a shift.

Ratings and feedback are not shared directly with the workers or businesses but will contribute to the overall Sven star rating. 

If a Sven worker or business receives 4 stars or below or negative feedback about their performance we will always investigate this as a first step. 

If you recently received poor feedback, a low star rating after working a Sven shift, the most common reasons are related to:

  • Poor attitude before, during or after a shift
  • Arriving late 
  • Skill-set not meeting the job requirements
  • Uniform/presentation issue
  • Critical incidents or any breaches of Sven policies
