To find work on Sven and view your job matches, select “View your Job Matches”. 

Once you have created your profile, completed your onboarding call and your account is activated, you can now start matching with job providers.

Shifts will only appear on your home screen using the below matching categories:

Location & availability

• We only match you with businesses who provide shifts at your available times. They will also be nearby, so you can be there in a jiffy!

Industry preference & certification

• We match you with businesses that desire your skills and experience. 

Rating & job completion

• Sven takes into consideration previous ratings and feedback provided from both businesses and workers to ensure there is a suitable match.
