SVEN JOBS Worker Support - Cancellation Policy
To keep things fair and consistent, Sven has a 3-strike cancellation policy. This ensures everyone gets the best experience on the Sven platform—both job providers and workers. We get it, life happens! But it's super important to show up for the shifts you commit to 💪
Here’s the deal:
- Cancelling more than 72 hours before your shift = no strike
- Cancelling within 72 hours = 1 strike
- No show = 3 strikes (this may also lead to permanent account closure)
What happens if you get 3 strikes?
- Your account will be suspended. Any shifts you’ve secured within this period can still be worked but you won’t be able to apply for any new shifts.
Keep in mind:
- Cancelling a shift affects your reliability score, so only secure shifts you’re sure you can work.
Need to cancel?
- Open the shift in your Sven app, tap the "3 dot" icon (bottom right), and select "Cancel shift."
- Give as much notice as possible so a replacement can be found.
