Worker Support - How much notice do you need to give before cancelling a shift

Before cancelling a shift, please provide as much notice as you can. The more time you give, the more opportunity the business has to pick up a different worker. 

You can cancel shifts anytime before the shift start time with no cancellation fee, though please respect the businesses time and know that this may impact your Sven rating.
