Sven recognises that some situations are unavoidable and occur every so often. You will receive an email and an in-app notification in such unfortunate circumstances. 

The shift will automatically reopen on the Job Board to other available workers.

We monitor canceled shifts closely to ensure the workers on our platform are reliable.
